-   Renamed configuration nodes `cumulativetodelta` to `cumulative_to_delta` following the component rename in `v0.157.0`The original name `cumulativetodelta` remains available as a deprecated alias.
-   Disabled `system.cpu.logical.count` in host configThe `v0.157.0` update to `receiver/host_metrics` enabled this metric by default. This change restores the previous behavior.
-   Removed `system.cpu.utilization` mean aggregation rule from host configThe `v0.157.0` update to `receiver/host_metrics` changed its default behavior to aggregate `system.cpu.utilization` by mean, rendering the removed rule redundant.
