Added a new Kubernetes page for APM services that run on Kubernetes.
New features
- New Kubernetes page that is scoped to the service, and shows containers, pods and deployments the service is running on
Improvements
- Improved log timestamps for previous days
- Dashboard filters now apply to all pages that belong to that dashboard

- Fixed a few summary pages for Kubernetes entities
